As for the delivery, after many rounds of communications with customer service, they still didn’t do the delivery on my preferred timing. I had to carry the heavy table and frames from building management office which is super inconvenient.
There are many low-quality desks in a similar price range. Compared to those, this product is overwhelmingly of good quality and has a solid warranty period. Don’t buy a low-quality product for just 200-300 ringgit difference.

So far the desk has been great! Initially, I ordered the desk without grommet, but I got grommet by mistake, however I realized it is actually pretty useful. It feels much more convenient to work now, and the customer support via WhatsApp has been a great experience too.
