4. After payment, it’s time to get reimbursed.

-You will need your receipt from FlexiSpot and your LMN from your doctor.

-You may also need an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the insurance company. This will show that your purchase was not covered by your insurance.

-You will need a claim form to fill out. You may have some from your welcome packet when you signed up for your FSA, otherwise your plan administrator should have some. You can always visit the website of your FSA provider to obtain claim forms.

-Complete the claim form and submit it along with all the required paperwork to the address on the claim form.

You don’t need pedal straps since it’s not a spinning bike. The desk is incredibly sturdy. It doesn’t wiggle your computer while you ride. If you pedal at a consistent pace, you can actually type and cycle at the same time.

  • How heavy is it? I plan to move it to my basement or upstairs.

The package weight of this bike is 89 lbs and the bike weight is 76 lbs.

  • I am 6’6″. Will this accomodate my height?

Our recommended user height is between 5’1” and 6’2”. Unfortunately, the seat height would not work for you.

  • I weigh 260 lbs. Is there a weight limit? Would I be able to use this?

  • Can you “coast” on this bike where the wheel continues to spin even after you stop cycling? Or, does the wheel stop instantly when you stop pedaling?

There is no coasting. When you stop, the wheel stops too.

  • It doesn’t look like it needs electricity, right?

Yes, that’s right. It doesn’t need electricity. It only uses 2 AA batteries to power  the LCD display (the small screen that displays the cycling duration, calories, and distance).

  • Do your knees hit the desk when you pedal? I understand it’s adjustable, but if the desk is too high it could make typing uncomfortable.

You can raise both the seat and the desktop to your comfort level. If you adjust both properly, you won’t hit your knees.

  • What is the weight capacity for the desktop on Deskcise Pro?

The weight capacity for the desktop on Deskcise Pro is 110 lbs.

  • How much floor space does this take up?

When the bike is fully extended, it takes up 0.5 sq.in.

  • If I use a laptop while biking, is the laptop screen noticeably wobbling?

No, it is not.

  • The inside length of my leg is 28 inches. Will this product work out for me?

Both the seat and desktop are adjustable, so it should not be a problem.

  • Will it be hard to raise my FlexiSpot with all my equipment on top?

No, when nothing is on the desk, it only requires 3 lbs of pressure to raise it and 22 lbs of pressure to lower it. When the desk is loaded to its maximum capacity of 35 lbs, it requires 13 lbs of pressure to raise it and only 3 pounds of pressure to lower it.

No, they move simultaneously. There is about a 5.5″ gap between them.

 

  • Does the keyboard tray move in and out?

No, it does not move out and in. The keyboard tray is fixed when attached, but it can be removed. You can loosen the 4 knobs to remove the two brackets as well as the keyboard tray.

  • How to install FlexiSpot desk riser? Is FlexiSpot easy to set up?

Yes, FlexiSpot desk risers arrive almost fully assembled. All you need to do is attach the keyboard tray and you’re ready to work.

Before raising your FlexiSpot desk riser, push down slightly, then squeeze the handles on both sides and lift. If that doesn’t it cannot solve your problem, please check each of the parts listed below to see which is broken.

1) The gas spring mechanism is broken.

Solution: FlexiSpot will send you this replacement part to customer. First, check which side is broken, then create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) order to receive a replacement in the mail.

2) Hydraulics no longer work. Need a replacement.

Solution: FlexiSpot will send you replacement gas springs and a quick how-to video that explains how to install them.

3) The lock mechanism does not work. The desk will not stay in a locked position.

Error Code Troubleshooting for E2 Series

1 If the LED Display shows “E01”, please turn off the desk .

2 If the LED Display shows “E02”, please turn off the desk 25 minutes.

3 If the LED Display shows “E03” or “E04”, please check to see if the items on your desk exceed the maximum load capacity. If so, please lighten the load, then press and hold the “▼”button to reset. If the items on the desk do not exceed the maximum load capacity, please press the “▼” button to reset.

4 If the LED Display shows “E05”, ”E06” or “E10”, please check if the frame is stuck. If not, please press and hold the “▼”button to reset.

5 If the LED Display shows “E07” or ”E08”, please check to see if the cable and control box are properly connected. If not, please reconnect the two parts securely, then press and hold the “▼”button to reset.

6 If the LED Display shows “E09”, please check to see if the loading weight on both sides of the desk is too unbalanced. If so, distribute the load more evenly. If not, please press and hold the “▼”button to reset.

 

Note:

1 Reset process: press and hold the “▼” button until the desk reaches its lowest height, then wait until it rebounds to the lowest height (shown on display), which signals that the reset process is complete.

2 “”shown on the display means the desk needs to be reset. Follow the reset process above.

3  If another error code is displayed and the “▼” button does not work, please make sure there is no issue with the power cable. Then turn off the desk for at least 10 seconds. Then, restart it and follow the Reset Process as explained above.

4  Reset to factory settings:  Press and hold the “M” and “3” together for at least 3 seconds until the keypad buzzes twice. Then follow the Reset Process.

5 If the LED Display shows “E07”, ”E08”, “E20”, ”E21”, “E22” or “E23”, please make sure the cables of the two motors and control box are properly connected. If not, please reconnect the two parts securely. Then, press and hold the “▼”button to reset.

6 If the LED Display shows “E09”, please check to see if the loading weight on both sides of the desk is too unbalanced. If so, distribute the load more evenly. If not, please press and hold the “▼”button to reset.

If the item you order is in stock, and shipping to an address within California or Tennessee, it takes only 2 business days at most. If shipping to an address outside of those 2 states, it takes 2-5 business days. If the item is backordered, it will ship as soon as it is restocked according to the shipping schedule previously mentioned.

  • How can I track the status of my order?

A confirmation of your order, which contains a shipment tracking number, will be emailed to you the day the product ships. Follow the status of your shipment at FedEx.com.

You can also log in to our website, and go to DASHBOARD – ORDERS – TRACK ORDER to check the status of your order.

 

  • Can you ship to a PO Box?

We’re sorry, our shipping services require a physical address, so we are unable to fulfill orders to PO Boxes.
