| Care & Maintenance | Wipe mesh and frame with a damp cloth. Vacuum the mesh seat and back regularly. Twice a year, tip the chair over and clear hair and carpet fibre from the castors — this does more for how a chair rolls than anything else you can do to it. Tighten screws periodically. Frequently Asked Questions
How is the i-Bounty different from a typical mesh chair?
Most mesh chairs use mesh only on the backrest and pad the seat with foam. The i-Bounty uses the same elastic mesh on both the seat and the back, plus independent adjustment points across the headrest, backrest recline, 3D armrests, adaptive lumbar, sliding seat pan, 4-position recline lock and recline tension — so the chair can be tuned to fit rather than the other way round.
Will a mesh seat feel less cushioned than a padded chair?
The mesh has a controlled amount of give built into the weave, so it supports and flexes rather than feeling like a hard surface. Most people find it comfortable over a full working day, and in an air-conditioned Malaysian office it doesn’t trap heat the way a foam seat does.
What's the difference between the backrest recline lock and the recline tension knob?
The backrest lock sets how far back the chair can recline, with 5 fixed positions. The recline tension knob is separate — it adjusts how much resistance you feel when leaning back, so two people using the same lock position can still set the recline to feel firmer or looser.

How do I clean and maintain the mesh?
