Perfect in almost every way, the backrest and armrest is simply AMAZING. I only have one thing that I dislike about the chair: the seat gets hot, and I sweat quite a lot sitting on it 😅 Mostly fault of my room cuz it doesn't have air conditioning.

Build is sturdy although most of the materials are plastic, but the core adjustable mechanics is a heavy chunk of metal. Not too hard to assemble with clear instructions come with tool, spare screws and washers. Wheels are smooth, all the adjustable functions feel sturdy. Overall a good office chair hope it have good longevity.

Prior to having this chair as suggested by my uncle, I have been having constant back, neck and shoulder pain. I was looking for a chair, which is adjustable so that both my husband and I can adjust to our requirements when we are using it. I went around testing chairs from many shops in PJ area, and this is definitely the best / perfect chair for us. Additionally, if you can see in the picture, my study table is a built in which has a drawer, and the height is only 2 feet. So, I must get a chair which can fit into this height requirements as well. So, I had to go to their showroom in Sg Buloh just to be sure and test it. The staff on duty there was very helpful as well, as she was helping to adjust the tables height there to 2ft only so that I can test the chair. If you are looking for a study / work chair, this will be the one for you.

During the first phase of MCO until prolonged of MCO in year2021 had initially become a new norm for us to Work From Home. You won't go wrong with this chair. Initially when I was surveying for my WFH office, I was having this hesitation of whether buying a chair online is the right this to do. Yes, although all the good reviews does help boost some confident but still, is not the "usual" way that we practice when we want to buy a chair. But after doing so deep thinking, I come to realized that I can't go wrong with this chair. It so many adjustment to the point where, you will surely find a set up with fits you. And yes, this is exactly what happen to me. The "default" setup is not for everyone and certainly not for me, so I have adjust the lumbar support, seat height and depth, armrest, backrest, headrest and finally, found the sweet spot. So yes, I would say that if you want minimize the risk of buying chair online, go with something that provide a wide range of adjustment, and you will most probably find the sweet spot too.

The chair arrived earlier than expected with quality packing. Assembly of the chair is not that hard assisted by the good illustration of the attached installation sheet/instruction . This chair is sturdy, comfortable and its wheels can roll smoothly.. It can get a bit hot if sitted at the cushion for a long period. Perhaps I might consider the full mesh chair for the future. Overall, this is a recommended product and a good investment for own physical health.

The castor wheels are really smooth, hopefully it stays this way for a long time as all my previous chairs lost their smoothness over time. I love the 20 degree decline back support. Easy assemble by following the manual given but i recommend 2 person to fix the chair because the material is heavy. But I love the solid & sturdy feel of this chair. The headrest is comfortable & fit nicely for my height. Another good point is there are many adjustment that you can make on this chair to fit your seating posture. This allows flexibility in my daily seating need. The mesh backrest provides air flow & cooling. Last but not least, very very fast shipping by the seller. I was shocked that it arrived faster than I thought. Actual review: Ok, let's get on with the chair then. One thing to note that this chair is suspiciously similar to the autonomous.ai's Ergochair. Is it a copy cat? I don't know, you be the judge. But if it is a copy, then it's quite a good one. Looks: I prefer function over form. I don't really mind if a chair is on the ugly side if it's really comfy. This chair, luckily looks quite nice. I got the baby blue model and it adds a bit of flair to my room. Functions: Yup, it does everything it promises it'll do. The following are adjustable: lumbar support cushion, seat height, seat pan tilt, seat depth, back tilt tension, back recline angle, back tilt angle, headrest and armrest. The controls take some getting used to and I find them quite stiff; I was worried I may break the handles everytime I use them. Comfort: A very important question: is it comfortable? Yes, for me at least. It's not perfect, for example, the handrest is quite hard and my elbows protest after an hour or 2 or resting down on them. I may need to shell out for some sort of handrest cushion. Also, a word of warning, the seat cushion is a bit on the hard side and some may not like sitting on it for long periods of time.

A very great ergo chair. It feels comfortable. We can make lots of adjustments to our sitting position using this ergo chair. As a result, it eliminates all body stiffness. I was already using a gaming chair however, that did not fully satisfy me. Ordered this Ergochair at last after a lot of reviews and boy this chair did not disappoint me. Very sturdy and comfortable. After surveying and reading product reviews, I have decided to purchase ErgoChair 2.0 Malaysia. The product video is informative and gives it an edge over other competitors. The delivery is indeed express and free for Shah Alam. I placed my order on 23 June, and received the chair on 26 June. The installation is easy but you need two persons due to the heavy weight. With the adjustable parts, this is a very comfortable chair.

I have been sitting on my dining chair since WFH started last year. Finally decided to buy an ergo chair. This chair is so comfortable and immediately makes a difference. It is fully adjustable so I can adjust to position that suits me the best. The only improvement I would suggest is to make the seat fabric more breathable. It can become very hot when you sit on the chair all day. It took me an hour to assemble. Yes it is heavy as mentioned in other reviews too. But luckily I managed to do it by myself. Customer service and delivery are excellent.

Originally intended to get a basic (but comfortable) desk chair but eventually decided to get a proper ergonomic chair instead. Did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews, compared between several options and finally landed on this one after finding it to rate among the highest on most websites/ sources for the price range. Must say it didn't disappoint. I've had the chair up to two weeks now and it's proven to be really comfortable. The best part about this chair is it's wide range of customisable features, as you already know. But if you're wondering whether you'd need so many features, trust me, every little adjustment helps! Just two minor things I should point out: I'm someone of petite build who often likes to lean back while working, and with this chair there are occasional instances where I tend to slide off the seat - nothing a basic throw blanket cant fix and I even got myself a foot rest for an even more comfortable experience. Another thing is the DIY assembly which, as most ppl have already pointed out, is ideally a two-person job; the steps are not complicated but the parts can be really heavy to lift - best not to do it alone. Other than that, so far I'm really happy with this chair.

Fast delivery, but have to assemble the chair myself. Chair is not deep enough. The adjust buttons was not really smooth. But the back support was great, and didn't have any back pain siting on it.
