Shipping Policy

Congratulations! You found the perfect sit-stand desk for your home or office, and now you’re wondering how it will get from us to you – and, if you’ll have to come out of pocket for shipping. Here’s a quick overview of our shipping policies so you can know exactly what to expect.

All the product will be shipped in flat pack unit and self assembly. Our products are specifically designed to be simple to assemble so that you can easily do it yourself.
Several product comes with assembly option at reasonable fee. (Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Only)

The processing time for orders is the same day as you order. Delivery in flat pack unit and self assembly will process in 5 working days and delivery with assemble service will arrange in 7 working days. Not include backorder items.
Please expect delays on shipping for order placed during peak/sales season.

 

Klang Valley

We proudly offer FREE shipping via our house team to Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur for all Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk .

Area not included Free shipping & installation service: Rawang, Serendah, Kapar, Puncak Alam, Kuala Selangor, Bukit Beruntung, Kajang, Seri Kembangan, Mahkota Cheras, Bangi, Semenyih, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Port Klang, Teluk Panglima, Jenjarom, Carey Island, Pulau Ketam, Pulau Indah, Tanjung Sepat, Sepang

We are unable to accommodate special request for delivery, such as call in advance, deliver on specific date/time.

 

Other West Malaysia

If you’re shipping to other West Malaysia, you will be charged under the third party logistic rate. You will receive tracking detail by Email after it is ready to ship.
If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, please call the assigned logistic company and provide your tracking number to arrange for a redelivery.

 

East Malaysia

East Malaysia delivery will be handled by third party logistic by Sea Freight. Lead time will be 3-6 weeks.

If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the assigned logistic company will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If TWO attempts (total) are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to FLEXISPOT MALAYSIA. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available.

Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.

Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we don’t accept any modification on the shipping address or other details on your order.

For most of the area in Selangor/Kuala Lumpur, the delivery will be handled by our house team or third party logistic.

For other states in West Malaysia, we will ship your order by third party logistic/courier. You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after we ship out your order.

In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available.

Certain FlexiSpot products are eligible for our premium delivery services (within Klang Valley only), including all the Electric height adjustable standing desks.

Items below are not applicable for installation service:

Table frame only, desk converter, desk bike and accessories like CPU holder, cable spine, monitor arm are not applicable for installation service.

Eligible Items: Please email to sales@flexispot.my for assistance if you buy height adjustable standing desks and want them to be delivered to your room.

Delivery Time: 3-14 business days to most areas.

Delivery Location:

For order included assembly, our team will unload your shipment from the truck and transport it to the room of your choice at the delivery location. We only deliver to ground and upper floor. Otherwise, deliveries can be made to any floor with direct access to an appropriately sized elevator. Surcharge may apply for delivery to second floor without elevator.

For self assembly product, we will arrange to ship out your order by third party logistic. They will deliver your item to your door step only.

Scheduling Required: Once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal, the delivery company will call you to set up a date and a 4-hour appointment window.

Signature Required: Someone must be present to accept the delivery and sign for it. Otherwise, the item(s) will not be unloaded from the truck.

Available in Klang Valley only.

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed – delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, inventory shortages, or other events that we have no control over. We’ll always do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.

FlexiSpot will be closed the following days on Sunday and Malaysia Calendar Public Holiday. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.
