I love this standing mat. It help me to stand more than 1 hour. The mat has message points which is not too hard but at same time it relaxed my foot. I would recommend to future or returning customer to buy this mat along with standing desk.
Love the ergonomic standing mat! I purchased it together with the E7 adjustable table and they make a perfect combination! The thick foamy surface makes standing while working way more comfortable than standing on a hard floor. It also makes a good footrest while sitting. The massage points are just nice and not painful to stand on ♥️ No regrets!
