Questions people ask about this product

Should I get a mesh chair in Malaysia's climate?
Yes, if you work anywhere without constant air-conditioning. Padded fabric and PU trap heat against your back and thighs in our humidity — the reason chairs that review well in Europe feel sticky here. Full mesh lets air move.

How do I know it will fit my body?
Check seat height range against your leg length (feet flat, knees at 90°), seat depth against your thigh length (two fingers' clearance behind the knee), and lumbar position against the curve of your lower back.

Best of all, come and sit in one. If that's not practical, WhatsApp us your height and how you work and we'll recommend a model.

Can I sit in it before I buy?
Please do. Both showrooms — Sungai Buloh and Bandar Cassia, Penang — have chairs on the floor. Sit for ten minutes, not ten seconds, and adjust everything while you're there.

Is this different from a gaming chair?
Yes. A gaming chair is a racing seat: high bolsters, fixed bucket, usually PU. It holds you in one posture. An ergonomic chair is built to be adjusted — seat height and depth, lumbar depth, 3D armrests, recline tension, headrest — so you change position through the day. For eight working hours, ergonomic.

Is the gas lift safe?
Our chairs use Samhongsa Class 4 gas lifts — the highest safety class — and the chairs are BIFMA certified for structural durability.

What warranty and delivery do I get?
3 years on the seating mechanism, adjustable arms, framework, leg base, gas lift and castors — extendable to 5 free by leaving a review with a photo within 2 weeks of delivery. Free shipping within West Malaysia. Assembly RM55 in KL/PJ, or 15–30 minutes yourself.

Is it hard to assemble?
No — 15 to 30 minutes, and the tools you need are in the box. There's no wiring and nothing to cut or drill.

Illustrated instructions are included, and we'll talk you through it on WhatsApp if anything isn't obvious. If you'd rather not do it at all, chair assembly is RM55 in KL/PJ.
