Questions people ask about this product

Will this desk wobble when I type at standing height?

Some movement at full height is physics — every standing desk has it. 3-stage legs and dual motors (E7 Pro) sway noticeably less than 2-stage single-motor frames because the unsupported span is shorter and both legs drive together. A wider desktop helps too. Come push one at our Sungai Buloh or Penang showroom before you decide.

How much weight can it hold?

That's the load the desk is rated to raise and lower with, every day, for years — not a one-off maximum.

When you're choosing, add up whatever will live on the desk permanently. Every setup is different, so work from your own equipment rather than a typical figure. If your total lands anywhere near the rating, move up a model — the desk will be quieter and steadier for it.

Will it work on Malaysian power?

Yes. The power supply is 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz — universal — and it comes with a Malaysian 3-pin plug fitted. Nothing to adapt, no transformer.

It also means the desk still works if you move abroad. Anywhere in the world, from 110 V in the US and Japan to 240 V here — only the plug shape changes, and a plug adaptor handles that.

How noisy is it?

Under 50 dB in motion — quiet enough for a video call, and it only runs for four or five seconds per height change.

Do you deliver and install it?

Free delivery by our own team throughout Klang Valley and KL.

Installation RM120 (usually RM250) in KL/PJ or Penang — select it on this page before checkout, it can't be added afterwards.

Rest of West Malaysia goes by courier, and Sabah and Sarawak by sea freight (3–6 weeks). Delivery is charged for both, and the exact amount for your address appears at checkout.

What's involved in assembling it myself?

The desktop comes with the holes for the frame, control box and keypad already drilled, and every cable is plug-and-socket — so there's no measuring, marking or drilling. You bolt the legs and crossbeam into a frame, screw it to the underside of the desktop, fit the control box and keypad, plug in the motor cables, then flip it upright and run the one-time reset.

The only tool you need to supply is a Phillips screwdriver — the hex key/wrench is in the screw pack. A cordless driver on low torque makes it quicker. Allow about an hour alone, less with two people; don't attempt the flip on your own.

Add-on accessories are the exception: a CPU holder, a cable spine and similar have no fixed position, so those holes aren't pre-drilled and you'd need a cordless drill. Buy them with the desk and our installers fit them for you.

Does the price include the desktop?

Yes, unless the listing says Frame Only. Frame-only versions of the E7 Pro and EF1 exist for people who already have a tabletop or want a custom one made — check which version you're looking at before you order. Frame-only orders aren't eligible for our installation service.

What warranty do I get?

5 years on frame, motor, controller and electronics. Extend to 7 free by leaving a review with a photo within 2 weeks of delivery, and to 10 with the RM280 add-on at checkout. Claims go to warranty@flexispot.my and are handled here in Malaysia, not overseas.

Satisfied with the product E7Q Odin 4 leg , there’s slight unnoticable bend at the middle due to my heavy equipments but not sure should i be concerned or not but this product says able to withstand 300kgs, and my stuff are about 75-80 kg in total from the picture below. Overall sturdy and heavy duty like this can go for this E7Q.

Really nice looking and functional table, the 4-leg design make this table very stable and won’t wobbling especially when for office use. Definitely recommended for director or CEO office room.

Customised this table to be shared by my wife and I. Our biggest criteria to choose a standing desk was its sturdiness. We researched up and down and came across a review that declared the Odin a tanker.

True enough. This is an amazing table, super smooth and sturdy. Would definitely recommend!
