It is nice to be able to see and feel the real products in a showroom. The sales staff was very helpful. Arrangement for delivery is easy. The actual delivery and installation was smooth and efficient. The desk is set up and ready for use immediately, very user friendly. I like using this standing desk a lot; makes it a real pleasure to work at the desk.

The table I purchased was great; installing it was convenient; cleaning it is convenient; the load it can bear is also great. I was introduced to this table by many of my peers who told me this was one of their best purchases to have a standing table at home. I self-collected it by myself, and the process was also very smooth. The PIC was friendly, and my table was packed well too. Before I collected it, I could see that the table had been QC checked before I collected it. The performance of the table was also great. Lifting and lowering the table was easily done by the touch of a button (there are 4 buttons of customization). Flexispot EF1. A good buy for the price. Standing desk helps a lot especially on days that i need to be in front of the pc a lot. Switching between sitting and standing helps to avoid back pains building up significantly. The reason i chose flexispot from other brands is due to their 5 + 2 years warranty offer. Their built quality and function is also good. Minimal wobbling makes it comfortable to fit and use a monitor arm. It is an ease of mind purchase. After assembling the table, i found out that some part of the table top surface was already chipped. Informed flexispot and they offered to exchange a new table top within a week. They already did that. Im happy with their products and service. Thank you flexispot! 😁

The quality of the table is top-tier, with smooth movement going up and down and stable as well. Also, the delivery and installation were very good. The team who came to install was very professional and helpful. However, I was a bit annoyed and disappointed with the logistics team because first, they forgot to put in my order which caused a delay in the delivery, then when my orders came, they missed out on 1 of the 2 monitor mount arms that I ordered. Thankfully they were apologetic and quick to rectify their mistake. Hope they will improve on that in the future.

Perfect in almost every way, the backrest and armrest is simply AMAZING. I only have one thing that I dislike about the chair: the seat gets hot, and I sweat quite a lot sitting on it 😅 Mostly fault of my room cuz it doesn't have air conditioning.

As someone who hates sitting for hours on end when working from home or just simply doing tasks on the computer, this table has been amazing. It fits my aesthetic so well!
Minor issue is that the plastic cover for the cable hole to go through is just a bit small. Even for the largest size, I can't fit through my laptop charger's voltage regulator and monitor power cable... Thankfully they come off.

Have been using for few days now and it is good to be used and it is very stable. Most important, it helps to improve my posture, especially I'm currently undergoing treatment.

Quality is sturdy and pretty much manageable on installing it by myself. This is max height that I could get from the market with the reasonable price over the warranty period. Also pretty much anything you need for adjustment is in this chair with this price, it is quite a good deal. I chose black to match my solid wood table.

I walked in to Penang showroom, the staff is friendly and helpful, so much patiently to answer me a lot of questions in WhatsApp, because I requested for a customized table top e.g. dimension and radius corner, they can just fulfill all my requests, but need a little extra charge for each customized item.
After payment, it takes about 2 weeks to deliver to Penang, which is within 1-3 weeks lead time as promised, the installation is done very quickly and professionally.
The standing desk is solid and stylish, height adjustment is quick and smooth, and the child lock function is good for me, just the tabletop has minor scratches, but not too obvious so it is okay.
In overall both service and product is quite satisfactory and highly recommended.

It was build with good quality and the desk was very sturdy. The height was adjust to my liking.

It was really good and met my expectations for the price range. The chair was very solid and build with good quality.

Comfortable. Wide seat. Like the sliding seat feature. Good tension for reclining. One thing though - the height adjustment doesn't seem to function; according to the technician, need to sit in and break in for a while before it does; will follow his advice and see how it goes. Oh yes, prompt delivery - right on time as indicated by the delivery service - thumbs up!

A pretty great exercise bike that acts as a bike and also a standing desk (The desk height is adjustable allowing you to turn the bike around when you're not cycling to use it as a standing desk)

While the parts feel very sturdy and quiet (which is important for me) it does make some loud noises whenever I move the bike around at times which is likely due to its wheel lock mechanism. Note: I did not experience this when trying out their test unit, however after speaking to the friendly support team, I've decided to observe it a bit longer.

For those looking to get this bike I would like to share that while the parts are easy to assemble and the instructions are clear, the bike itself is really heavy which made it difficult to assemble alone. I would recommend 2 people to assemble the bike together to have a really smooth experience.
